Eternal Embrace
Eternal Embrace begins with a premise: some bonds are too strong to end in a single lifetime.
The sculpture depicts a couple whose connection has repeated across multiple incarnations. Look closely at the smallest puzzle pieces embedded in the inset figures — they match. Two halves of a single whole, moving through time, finding each other again when the conditions are right.
The use of upcycled computer parts — materials built to hold and transmit information permanently — carries its own meaning here. Memory is the mechanism. The feelings and impressions stored across a lifetime don't simply dissolve; they persist, finding their way forward as time moves on. The sculpture proposes that love, at sufficient depth, works the same way.
